About the Blog: This blog was a political blog, but then I noticed that I'm always negative, I can't seem to write clearly, and my opinions seem to be someone else's (although I may share that opinion). So I decided to leave the political stuff to the pros. I will, however, chime in on occasion with my opinions, as I still retain my interest in politics.

So, this blog turned into a place where I can throw my brain onto the interwebs, which can be therapeutic at times. Because you will find posts ranging from all sides and angles of the spectrum, I call it my smorasblog.
As the seasons change, people change. Some of my earlier posts no longer reflect my views, or they don't reflect my views in their entirety. Therefore, I hope to write new posts containing my more "complete" views in the future, if not delete the post altogether.

About Me: I'm a proud alumni of Virgina Military Institute. That was a very quick yet painful four years. Though my degree is in English I'm trying to inch my way into the programming world. I've been in the Guard for a little while and recently crossed to the dark side with a commission. I have a husband and a dog. They're both adorable.
